Love Sick Nurse- Karleigh Sue (pin up style image) 5

Hi there! today I have a card for you using one of the new images from this month’s colouring pack at Karleigh Sue which is comprised of five digital stamps, lots of extra elements and five colouring pages too, which you can enter into the colouring competition running in the fan group .. you get a lot for $10 and with 5 colouring pages, you have a total of five entries to the competition!

I’m using ‘love sick nurse’ today, who is perfect for a get well soon card, or a valentine!

This card is fairly clean and simple, with minimal layering and embellishment, coloured using copics. The full list of products I’ve used are below. This card is also a lesson – if you make a mistake, it’s not necessarily the end of the world.. the strips across the image layer got added when one of my alpha stamps fell off the block and put a ‘U’ in the wrong place.. it was easily covered and meant I didn’t have to start all over again- sometimes when these things happen, you just have to think outside the box, and modify your design. Sometimes you are not so lucky, and get a blot in a place you can’t cover it, but luckily this time, it wasn’t the case! I think in future, I will stamp the sentiment BEFORE colouring in the main image!
