Hi there! it’s been a little while since I last posted! I’ve been extremely busy with getting custom orders done, and I had some problems with my hands meaning I’ve not quite been so prolific recently! however I’m back now, and I have a very SWEET card to show you, using the topsy turvy cake from Karleigh Sue… this is one of the first images I played with, and last time I didn’t use quite so many colours! this time though, I picked out my papers first, and chose the copic colours that matched as closely as possible with the colours used there. this digi is available as part of the mega cake pack of digis!
the papers are from one of my favourite packs that is now pretty much all gone *sniff* I’m a real my minds eye freak when it comes to their paper packs!
I also changed it up a bit and used a cute little lattice panel peeking out from under the ribbon- this was a cut file from My scrap chick, which I cut in teal, and I think it looks nice just peeking out from under the ribbon!
I also broke the sentiment up by inking the parts separately, so I could have them in the configuration I wanted- I like to use them as a oner on some cards, but I love the look when they are separate too!
